The company was formed in 2013 to invest in and develop property in Prampram , Ghana. Prampam is proposed to be the construction site for Africa's biggest technology park, HOPE CITY, which will be Africa's highest tower should the project be fully implemented. Hope City will be developed in an area of about 1.5 million square meters, located some 30 minutes west of Accra's city center. The $10 billion project will all be close to the proposed new international airport and seaport. Hope city is envisioned to house a technology university, shopping centres, offices, residential areas, game centres and a five star hotel. It is said that it will host some of the biggest technology and telecom firms in the world like MICROSOFT and GOOGLE. For this reason, Treasurez Capital, has secured land in Prampram to take advantage of the future development in this area of Ghana.
