Treasurez Capital Mozambique, LDA was formed in 2013 to invest in and develop property in Northern Mozambique. Given the discovery of oil and gas, Mozambique is expected to become a formidable player in the oil and gas industry in a few years.

Alto Villas , our initial focus is to be launched in Northern Mozambique, Pemba specifically, where it is expected that demand for comfortable accommodation will be required as the population of the city grows both with the influx of local Mozambicans and foreign expats. Treasurez Capital Mozambique is managed by a management team with property development expertise both in North America and Africa.

The business has secured a few land holdings and will soon commence construction to deliver quality residential real estate properties. We are interested in exploring partnership opportunities with experienced developers, individuals and institutional investors.
